Mr. Steinberg
is a partner in Horty, Springer & Mattern. He is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the Society of Hospital Attorneys of Western Pennsylvania, and is a faculty member of the Consortium
Ethics Program of the Center for Medical Ethics of the
University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Steinberg's practice includes
working with issues concerning the Emergency Medical Treatment
and Active Labor Act and related patient care matters,
forgoing of life-supporting treatments, do not resuscitate
orders, advance directives, as well as medical staff matters
and business matters involving hospitals.
