We have found, both in serving on hospital boards and in advising them, that it often requires at least three board members to move the board forward on any particular matter. Therefore, in order for a hospital to benefit fully from this program, we believe it is important for a team of at least three board members and the Chief Executive Officer to attend together. We encourage as many trustees as possible to come. Therefore, the fee for additional registrants is very reasonable.
