Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital v. Blue Cross of California,

Hospital terminated Blue Cross’s agreement after a rate dispute and
sued claiming unfair trade practices. The California Court of
Appeals held that the claim was covered by the arbitration
clause in the contract and rejected the hospital’s assertion
that the arbitration clause was unconscionable.
