HortySpringer Seminars Event App

HortySpringer seminars uses an event app for all of our national programs. This platform will allow you to access your agenda, program schedule, slide text, learn how to receive your CME/NAMSS credits, receive event announcements, and network electronically with fellow attendees from all over the country. Everything you need for your seminar will be in this app.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD OUR EVENT APP:
If you have used our event app for previous seminars, and you still have the app on your device, simply click the circled icon as shown below from the app and answer “yes” when asked if you would like to leave the event. Choose “New Orleans – Spring 2024″ under “Current & Upcoming Events” to access your upcoming event.

If you are attending our seminar for the first time, please use the following instructions to download our event app:

Please click here then follow these steps:

  1. Choose to download from the Apple App Store, Google Play or Access on the Web.
  2. Enter the e-mail address you received this e-mail at. You must use this email address to be able to access your profile.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue.
  4. On mobile/tablet only – under “Current & Upcoming Events” at the top of the page click on “New Orleans – Spring 2024”.
  5. Once you are in the app, please click on “Get Started!” and take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the information provided in order to use the app properly and to maximize your seminar experience.

HOW TO EDIT YOUR PROFILE:
We recommend you update your profile before the program begins.

If you’re using your laptop: 

  1. Navigate to the lower left-hand section of your screen to your profile.
  2. Click the direction carrot and select ‘Me’.
  3. In the upper right-hand corner, you will see the ‘Edit’ option. From there, you will be able to customize your information.
  4. Make sure to tap ‘Update’ before closing to save your changes.

If you’re using your cell phone or tablet: 

  1. Open the app and go to the ‘Home’ screen.
  2. Tap ‘Me’ in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. You will then tap ‘Edit’ in the upper right-hand corner. From there, you will be able to customize your information.
  4. Make sure to tap ‘Update’ before closing to save your changes.

Please note that any information you share in your profile will be able to be seen publicly during the seminar.

TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
If you plan to access the app on your laptop, please check with your IT department for any security conflicts that may arise.

The app performs best using Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers.

If you are having issues accessing the platform, try using the browsers in incognito/private mode.

If your laptop is logged into a Virtual Private Network (VPN), please ensure you log out before entering the app.
