While in law school, Fisher completed an externship in health law, where he collaborated with the School of Public Health to design and implement a state and national regulatory compliance monitoring system for health care institutions. Fisher worked as a law clerk at Horty, Springer & Mattern for the two years prior to becoming an associate and assisted with a wide range of health law related matters.
